HHS ITO Application Hosting: Lentech, is teamed with Information Innovators, Inc., one of four (4) Prime Contractors who were awarded a seven-year, $800 million Health and Human Services Department contract for information technology services. The Triple-I team is the sole awardee in Functional Area 3 Application Hosting and Lentech has co-responsibility for the application hosting and associated managed services. The contract has a performance period that runs through September of 2016. |

GIS Application Hosting: Lentech is providing GIS Application Hosting and Support Services for the USFS State and Private Forestry (S&PF) Assessment Tool (S&PFAT). Services include providing a hosted data center environment; relevant hardware, software, peripherals, power, facilities, and secure network infrastructure that will enable external internet access to the Geospatial S&PFAT system. Contract was awarded under Lentech’s GSA Schedule 70. Document and Records Management System Hosting: Lentech, as a subcontractor, is providing a fully managed hosting environment service that includes infrastructure, ongoing operations, security detection and management as well as maintenance support for the infrastructure of Document and Records Management System (DRM) in support of the Forest Service. |

DHS ITIL based Incident Management Process Improvement: Lentech, as a subcontractor, assessed the capability of the current-customer incident management processes, documented the findings and gaps, summarized the capability level of the incident management processes, and created a roadmap for Operations process maturation and improvement. ITIL v3 was used as the baseline for this incident management analysis and assessment. |

Quality Assurance Framework: Lentech developed an overarching quality assurance framework for one of our commercial customers in support of the USPTO. This framework was one of the first steps in improving the Quality Management program for our customer enabling them to apply this framework to their Federal programs. Lentech provided a well laid out quality approach for defining, measuring and reporting on customer service requirements, managing documentation and measuring and managing customer satisfaction. |

AoA Consulting for BTA: Lentech, as a subcontractor, performed an extensive Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for the Security Cooperation Enterprise System (SCES). The SCES will subsume existing legacy systems that perform Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to international governments. The AoA included defining the problem statement, establishing the concept of operations (CONOPS), developing the Technical Design Documents (TDD) for each alternative, assessing of Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), Risks and Costs, formulating a recommendation and establishing the business case for subsequent Request For Proposal (RFP) release to system integrators to bid on the SCES deployment. |

Navy ERP Application Hosting: Lentech, as a subcontractor, provided a hosting environment service that includes infrastructure, security detection and management as well as maintenance support for the infrastructure of ERP Applications in support of NAVSEA Test and Development Environment. Lean Six Sigma Training: Lentech, as a subcontractor, delivered Lean Six Sigma Champion and Greenbelt training to the US Navy – Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG). These courses included an overview of Six Sigma concepts, required infrastructure, expected benefits, enterprise level metrics, the DMAIC method for achieving breakthroughs in performance, project selection, and project management. It also provided students with the understanding and use of various tools and applications. |

SAP Implementation: As an SDB subcontractor, Lentech provided team leadership, SAP implementation program management and governance for the County of Bernalillo, New Mexico. Lentech provided mission critical ERP program management for a full lifecycle implementation of SAP ERP 6. The SAP system provided integrated business processes and information technology functions for financial services, logistics and human resources to support full operational capability of the County’s Enterprise management. Lentech was responsible for the planning, execution, management and delivery of the entire Bernalillo County SAP system (16 modules). |

SAP Implementations: Lentech actively supported Clark County, Nevada in providing mission critical ERP program management services through the prime contractor, for Clark County’s SAP enterprise system, which had been fully operational capable since 2007. The SAP system provides integrated business process and information technology functions for financial services, human resources and payroll, as well as self-service through the Internet for over 25,000 county employees. Oracle Applications Implementation and Sustainment: Lentech provides ERP services that included the implementation of Oracle’s ERP suite. The ERP suite included accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, general ledger, human resources, payroll, projects, purchasing and recruitment, as well as reports, interfaces, data conversions and enhancements. The scope of the project also included technical infrastructure and landscape implementation and deployment to include several Oracle Applications instances across a Windows and Linux architecture. |
