Lentech, Inc. is a team member of the AAC Inc. CIO-SP3 Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) that has been awarded the new National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Unrestricted Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT Services and Solutions. The 10-year multiple award, $20 billion ceiling indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract is available to all federal agencies to meet a wide range of information technology requirements.
As part of a nine-member CTA team led by AAC Inc. (www.ciospiii.com), Lentech will have primary participation in the following task areas:
- IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences, and Healthcare, which includes integration of health systems across federal agencies and public and private healthcare systems and modernization and enhancement of existing health IT legacy systems;
- Implementing laws, regulations, and policies to facilitate evolving CIO practices, including workforce management;
- IT infrastructure and IT services, including leasing of hardware and software, tools and applications (including Application Service Provider), data base administration and data storage management, production control and management, asset management (including Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) Tracking) and solution leasing;
- Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance including facility protection planning, and exercises and simulation;
- Digital Government Initiatives including data warehousing, data mining and customer relationship management;
- Enterprise Management Systems, including ERP package implementation, integration of business systems, business consulting services and ERP IT infrastructure;
- Software Development, including GIS-enhanced planning and program evaluation software.

Springfield, VA, Dec 2011– Lentech Inc. is a subcontractor to Information Innovators, Inc. who has been selected as one of several prime contractors on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) contract—a five year ID/IQ contract valued up to $12B to provide program management expertise and support for life cycle management of enterprise-wide solutions in IT for the VA’s Office of Information and Technology (OIT). The T4 Program provides a total solution, encompassing all services needed to integrate a system, network, or other IT service in order to meet a client’s mission requirements. Services, as well as related IT products, may encompass the entire life-cycle of a system, including but not limited to program management and strategy planning, systems/software engineering, enterprise network, cyber security, operation and maintenance, and IT facilities. Lentech will leverage two of their three lines of business: Enterprise Technical Services and Secure Hosting Solutions.

Lentech has co-responsibility for the application hosting and associated managed services components of this contract providing a full range of hosting services to HHS Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations (ITIO) customers where Information Innovators team was the sole awardee in Functional Area 3 of the agency’s $800M, 7 year IDIQ contract awarded in 2009. As part of this effort, Lentech designed and built a state-of-the-art hosting environment called the Managed Application Hosting Center (MAHC) in Reston, VA. Services provided at the MAHC are available through our services menu, which allows customers to choose the level of support that is most appropriate for their unique application requirements.
