Andrew Gallegos
Andrew Gallegos is the founder and Executive Chairman. Prior to founding Lentech, Gallegos held executive positions at NJVC, LLC. He also co-founded Proposal Excellence Corporation and held leadership roles at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, overseeing multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures. Gallegos' career began with a 20-year tenure at Lockheed Martin. Known for his commitment to integrity and ethical business practices, Gallegos continues to provide strategic direction for Lentech's growth and innovation in the federal contracting space.
Paul Dillahay
Paul A. Dillahay, is the CEO and is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in federal contracting. Paul previously served as President and CEO of Empower AI. Dillahay has held executive leadership roles at prominent organizations including CACI, ASRC Federal, Lockheed Martin, and General Electric. His strategic vision and operational expertise have been recognized through multiple industry accolades, including being named to the Washington 100 list five times and selected as one of the Top 35 Executives to Watch in 2022. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lock Haven University, Dillahay is known for building high-performance teams and driving growth in complex government contracting environments. He brings a proven track record of innovation, profitability, and strong industry relationships.
Gregg Einfalt
Gregg Einfalt is the president and a senior partner. He joins Lentech after 18 successful years growing Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) Federal, a large federal services company supporting defense, civil, and commercial customers. He provides strategic focus and implementation to leverage and expand Lentech capabilities with existing customers and into new markets.
Stefany Herbert
Stefany Herbert is the CFO. With over 25 years in government contracting, she has a proven track record of driving corporate operational excellence and strategic initiatives. In her role, Stefany is responsible for overseeing day-to-day corporate operations, leading a diverse team dedicated to delivering high-quality services to federal agencies, focusing on compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Lentech, Inc., Stefany held key leadership positions inclusive of Jacobs and USASOC, where she played a pivotal role in improving operational processes, enhancing financial performance, and achieving significant growth.
David Huchette
Dave is the Executive Director of Intelligence Programs. He comes to Lentech with a background of over 35 years in the community. Dave has a very strong background in operational management, business development, and strategic planning for both large and small businesses. Dave loves new challenges, and will be instrumental in the growth of Lentech’s IC Business unit. During his free time, Dave enjoys hanging out with his wife on the golf course or walking with their dog.
Michael Majarov
Michael Majarov is the vice president of IT Solutions. He brings over 30 years of IT operations and engineering experience to Lentech. In his current role, Mr. Majarov is responsible for developing and executing strategies to position Lentech as a leader in cloud solutions and services. Mr. Majarov has captured partnerships with Amazon and Akamai, two of the first cloud-hosting suppliers to become FedRAMP certified.

Sadie Duffy
Sadie is the Vice President of Strategic Solutions for Lentech, Inc. She leverages her extensive experience in capture and business development to help Lentech execute an effective market strategy for their solutions and services across the Federal Government. Prior to Lentech she acted in senior leadership roles at ITC Federal, ASRC Federal, and Computer Sciences Corporation.
