UKG Cloud Hosting and Professional Services
Lentech combines several years of cloud hosting and IT expertise with our operational excellence in implementing and supporting UKG applications to include UKG webTA™/UKG GovTA™, UKG Workforce Central® , Workforce Analytics™ , and UKG TeleStaff™ with a highly technical team that works closely with UKG support and professional services. Lentech offers add-on products like Automation Station (link to current Automation Station data sheet) that can extend the core functionality of webTA/GovTA and integrate to both upstream and downstream systems.
The following services are provided as standalone or to augment cloud hosting services:

Migration and Upgrade Services: Lentech has assisted several agencies in migrating to GovTA both to a Lentech hosted model and agency hosted.

Consulting Services: Short or long-term engagements in support of UKG products to size and scope an effort; troubleshoot and tuning to resolve performance and functional issues; provide integration and workflow with other applications; and assess operational processes and procedures

Implementation Services: Provide consultation for the hardening and deployment of the UKG application environment to assist in achieving FISMA compliance and operational readiness

Load Testing Services: Using cloud on-demand resources Lentech will stand-up a load testing environment and perform load testing against your UKG application environment. Includes execution and building load test scenarios.

Operational Support: Provide application and middleware support to include incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management using ITSM best practices aligning to agency specific processes and procedures.

Data Load Services: Populate webTA/GovTA and other UKG applications with end-user and employee data
